Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. win36 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes to four (4) hours under normal operating conditions. Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same business day. win36 makes no guarantee of processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network conditions.
4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits and technical availability. win36 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win36 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10.2 win36's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their win36 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 win36 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which win36 accepts no liability.
11.1 win36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where win36 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players.
11.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, win36 reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit the Account balance after deducting any amounts owed to win36, including chargebacks, reversed deposits, and bonus amounts subject to clawback.
11.3 Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting win36 support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited or expired bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
